\nHere's a bit about me, your workshop presenter -- Bill Dolton
\n
\nI am an educational consultant and staff developer who recently retired from the Lower Merion School District in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, as a Supervisor of Educational Technology after working in educational technology for most of the second half of my career and in the classroom as a special education teacher before that. In 2007, I was selected as an Apple Distinguished Educator, and I continually try to live up to that honor. My passion is finding effective ways to combine technology implementation and effective classroom practice to help transform teaching and learning.

\nSo, tell us a little about you...","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[{"id":"25324699","body":"My name is Mary Jo Pienton. I've been impressed by some sophisticated classroom wikis I've seen and would like to be able to:
\n1. improve the appearance of my wiki
\n2. get more ideas on how to use the wiki for class assignments
\n3. Become more knowledgeable on the intricacies of wikis
\n4. learn how to motivate teachers to contribute to wikis","dateCreated":"1277143482","smartDate":"Jun 21, 2010","userCreated":{"username":"mpienton","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/mpienton","imageUrl":"https:\/\/ssl.wikicdn.com\/i\/user_none_lg.jpg"}},{"id":"25325611","body":"My name is Anne Beninghof. I started a trial one, but haven't done anything with it. My technology skills are fairly limited, but I am trying to learn! I'm the Primary School Tech Coordinator at San Domenico School in California. I've used PBWorks to create wikis for my 4th and 5th grade students to collaborate on projects - California History and the 5th Grade state report. I'm very interested in finding ways to introduce this group concept to even younger grades - and to get more creative in the 4th and 5th grade classrooms. The kids love to embed links etc. - it's a great tool to get them really excited about learning.","dateCreated":"1277251531","smartDate":"Jun 22, 2010","userCreated":{"username":"cmosley","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/cmosley","imageUrl":"https:\/\/ssl.wikicdn.com\/i\/user_none_lg.jpg"}},{"id":"25370291","body":"My name is Theresa Zimmer.
